All of the above. I have a customer in Vitoria and we used to stay in San Sebastian. Great place, nice people, good food. Only been in cold months, I would love to swim in that giant bay (the west one) in San Sebastian.

Appreciate all the recs and comments.
Sounds like the North Coast regions of Spain are the spots. Big fan of beach towns and appreciate the greener locations with outdoor options. I've only heard awesome things about San Sebastian and the surrounding areas, so will zone in on those.
Will prob end up splitting half the time in Portugal since it gets me one hour closer to US and apparently there's a solid digital nomad scene there.
