He needs to run a traditional defensive set

I posted weeks ago that his defense was not effective now that teams have enough tape on how to counter the switching, it's too many mismatches and mistakes leaving big men on swifter guards and guards on post players, are three point shooters open after a drive and kick out.

If we can not score we can't get in our press. Also Reid is a liability until he gets better, he is a year away.

It's certainly going to be interesting to see where Reid is year 2 with Julian Phillips and Yohan Traore coming in. Obviously Phillips will replace Tari Eason when he leaves for the draft, but Reid could easily fall in the depth chart if he doesn't improve by next offseason.
