Sounds like typical omicron. My whole family got it 3 weeks ago. Wife and I both had high fever (103), headaches, body aches, stomach pain, sinus congestion for 4 days then loss of taste and smell day 5-10 with a lingering cough that I still have. Got our energy back around day 14. Maybe we had delta. Not sure. Took vitamins and Motrin. Pure blood.
