Some good news…. They did blood gas test and her numbers have improved. Carbon dioxide level was at 90 and now is at 68. Nurse said that was good and will just stay on bipap because it’s doing what it is supposed to do……

I would also ask about Fluvoxamine. There are good randomized controlled trials in major journals showing it reduces severity and death

Prayers for your wife. I had Delta last summer and was very close to bipap, but responded well to the high flow oxygen and treatment regimen.
