Gloomis/Shimano don't sell blanks. You can buy blanks from Gary Loomis' current company North Fork Composites. Their top of the line "xray" blanks are frequently on sale for $100 or less.

So how much for a gloomis NRX equivalent rod by the time it is built? That is assuming you can buy an NRX equivalent blank.
