I absolutely hate this statement because it means nothing. If you want to commit then commit or else wait until you either commit or sign

Crabtree and Simmons are solid insiders I think

Great news.

That’s a good thing for LSU, once the bump goes down means he’s not choosing who they (so called experts) thought. It’s sorta like a b-ball player misses dunk and then fouls on the rebound

Matthews would be the one that would sting the most to lose
One time commitment
Big time player

Citizen would be next but even if you lose Citizen RB position is loaded in state next year

And I don't want the TE Lewis going to Bama
I think it trends well that he didn't commit on trip to Bama
I'm guessing Bama may not have room or they may save spot for a transfer TE from portal

Oh really, wow, we had no idea that their signature was required on a scholarship to be finalized.

Thanks so much for clearing that up!

He is a special talent

The dude played Safety, WR, QB, and punt returner in HS. Can probably play CB…could probably put on some weight and play LB. Be our new “emergency QB” at LSU.

Highlights show he seems to have a high FB IQ too. Beaks up plays on WRs he didn’t even start guarding at the beginning of the play. Great break on the ball but also seems to have a good feel for where it’s going.

If Sage is a legit 5*, he and Mathews and Langlois and D Davis (if he keeps getting better)…that is a sick group and we didn’t even mention the two probable ‘22 starters in Ward (unless he’s back at CB) and M Burns. Not sure Toles will have a spot since he hasn’t gotten in there yet.

CB is shallow but Safety is deep.

And as a Gator, he's the one I'd much rather have over Perkins, regardless of Kamari Wilson. I've thought very strongly he was going to y'all since his positive, but ho-hum responses to questions about his UF visit. Seems like the kid just wants to stay home, and that's perfectly fine.

Stacked at S how? What has that person done at the safety position? What are their stats and how many games started ? Don't say Todd Harris, Harris is probably a 3rd string at best on lsu depth chart and I don't know who they got on roster at safety but Harris sucks. Lsu needs this dude, he an aggressive competitor.

If he does choose LSU, I think it speaks volumes as to how smart and mature this kid is. He could have used the coaching change to sign somewhere else but took time and actually allowed the new staff to make their impression on him before deciding. I like that.

I’m related to one of Ponchatoula’s OL who is close with Jacoby. By all accounts, great kid and great family. Very respectful and hard working. You're right, he had every reason in the world to go elsewhere, but it looks like he's staying home. He's also really tight with Allen and Welch from playing with the bootleggers.
