I’m starting to see some in my bathroom sink. Any suggestions? Can it be repaired?

do the cracks show on the underside of the sink too?

Sounds like this might be surface crazing, which are small, cosmetic surface cracks. I’d google “crazing repairs” and see what you find.

These are hairline cracks I can’t feel that are extremely thin. I tried some porcelain chip fix, but it would not seep into the cracks. I didn’t sand it real hard, just tried to get some of the surface glaze off. I didn’t want to overdo it
