Yeah I considered the whole idea of it being spread out over a few years, but for this to really pay off, you have to back it up with a couple more classes like it.

Now we’re talking about $75-120 million worth of players over 3-4 years… that’s simply not fathomable.

Why is it not fathomable? It is a tax write-off for a wealthy individual. He/she also gets the entertainment of football. TAMU has a large wealthy fanbase. The only people mad about this seems to be the old guard who sees their position in CFB threatened. I give TAMU a tip of the hat on how organized they are. I am hoping AU copies their system.
