I always get hammered for this, but Western Kentucky is beautiful, has great scenery, but has nice towns, and is close to Nashville. I would love to live there.
I would also like to live in Idaho/Wyoming/Dakotas/Montana area, just to be away from idiots that are ruining this country.

Murray is a really nice town in the middle of nowhere. Both close enough, and far enough away from Memphis, Nashville, and St Louis
