I would get it if he was currently coaching at a G5 or wasn't a TV commentator or even didn't have his AU settlement.He obviously has a lot of choices and I don't think this was the correct one.

I would think he would take a helicopter from Auburn to Bham when he needs to. They start in April right? Even the drive is only 2 hrs. Could easily make that every night. It’s not like it’s gonna be an nfl or college like schedule. They’re not gonna be putting in 16 hr days for the usfl I wouldn’t think

Birmingham? Can leagues quit trying to shove crappy pro leagues down Alabama's throats? It's Roll Tide and that's all. This league is dead before it's starts. SEC and ESPN is making college the next pro league.

it is most likely only for the 1st season.
hell ill go watch the Bham team - the stadium is pretty nice, and easy to get to. looking forward to seeing games with my dad. not many years left with him, but we have always had football.

poor XFL never made it past a yeat albeit covid ruined second time. that crap NFL development folded before season even ended.
at least USFL lasted 3 seasons last time
