So much goes into what causes PTS in one person versus another. Kind of like the non-alcoholic son vs alcoholic son of the alcoholic father.
Some folks are more predisposed due to preexisting issues, genetics, different exposures, etc…
There is a good reason many jurisdictions have instituted veterans courts to specifically deal with such issues.

Its OK. You can say it. Some people are weaker than others. We see this every day. people are not the same and should not be treated as such.
