This seems like an incredibly solid hire. I do approve of proper coaching searches. Who knew it could yield better results than going with recommendations alone?

I like the hire just wonder what changed between now and three weeks ago when Baker was let go. Really thought this would drag out unti KC was out of the playoffs or after the superbowl.
