Yeah I mean Bama and Texas A&M can just sit back now and let everybody else take the risk on some players , and if they pan out get in their ear offer them money.Then they can just leave without reason to the transfer portal.Seems like a great idea.Whoever is running the NCAA should be kicked in the nuts for being a dumbass.Now you can recruit,then if players don’t pan out you tell them there is no place for them,then just steal players from your rivals to fill holes.Lovely

This is a very insightful take on why this will create super-teams based solely on NIL money. A 3* OT signs with Miss State, redshirts, trains, develops, turns into a great player. As a rising junior Bama calls and says “your current NIL fee is $25k. We’ll arrange for $100k (and a Dodge Charger) which is a lot of money to a college kid, and boom, there you go - plug & play 1-2 round talent inserted into starting line up. Mid-tier teams will become feeder teams for the rich.
