Most doctors, nurses, pharmacist, etc, etc, are employees that have kids to raise too. Most don't have the financial or intellectual freedom to speak out if they want to.
Amd that's before we even discuss what information is being withheld from even the "experts"

The doc walked out and immediately came back in and said this, “Off the record I will tell you we are seeing tons of this but we are told not to say anything. If I do I was told I would be fired.”
Yea, totally legit that the doctor would say this to a stranger that’s already threatening to go to the news
