I've seen the kid play and I agree. He's probably the best player in the portal. Evans is the kind of guy that could be a difference-maker in a big game.
TCU coach Patterson said all year that Evans was hard-working and a good team player.

On a serious note, Evans was the best back in the big 12 the last two years, despite Bijan and what he did. Evans had a far less talented team and still managed to usually look like the best player on the field.

I don’t know why people keep saying this. Did he switch his decision a few times yes. But since he was at TCU he has been all about football and that’s it. I would love to have him here. He is averaging like 7 yards a carry in that time.

I can tell you don’t keep up with college football. Evans has been a solid player for TCU and there’s been no reports of off field issues with him.
