So if I have a home built for my family and I that doesn't have a basement or purpose built storm shelter, and then a tornado hits and one of my family members die, I'm a murderer?

I know people who died in the 98 f5 and the 2011 f5 that were in their basements. Some were sucked out with the house and others were crushed with all the shite the blew in after the house was blown away. Basements are better than nothing but unreliable.
