I mean, he admits to “storming the Capitol” in his own words. But even putting that aside, anyone who saw what was going on that day and though it was totally ok to just waltz on in and join the party is in a completely different class of stupidity. From looking at this guy, I’m not going to say it’s impossible that he really is that stupid of a person, and if that’s the case, I’d suggest his court appointed attorney argue that he is not mentally fit to stand trial.

So, in your view, they should have assumed that meant they were doing something wrong?

Is this where we're going to pretend he was not making fun of the already circulating terminology from that day, or where we're going to pretend that all words said by people mean exactly what they stated? Should I go round up all the "fight like hell" quotes from Democrats that went unpunished...even though they were advocating violence if you take them at their word?

Should he be locked in solitary confines for 11 months in one of the worst jails in the country? Beaten by guards, denied basic hygiene?

So by your account all of those people in that Rotunda should be in Solitary? What if the police let them in?
100's of Kavabaw Protestors were Arrested, wonder if they were sent to solitary for a year?.
