And don't get me wrong.

I suspect that well over 90% of all forfeiture cases are of people who legit have the money for non legit reasons.

But, that ain't how shite is supposed to work in our country. In our country, the government is supposed to have to PROVE that shite. Not just say, "seems likely bad.........no YOU prove it ain't".

That ANYONE thinks this is OK is mind boggling
