But those same fragile endothelium cells are vulnerable to entry via liposome-based mRNA (ie Pfizer or Moderna) or adenovirus entry like J&J.
If the vaccines were confined to the injection site like they should be this would be of no concern.
Are you saying that COVID doesn't cause coagulopathies? While endothelial injury is a necessary condition of hypercoagulable states, you also need other factors, and lots of things cause prior endothelial injury.
