I don’t know that kids are transferring out.
I’ve always wondered how LSU and other small market teams will compete with the larger markets on this NIL landscape
Personally , I think the rule was put in place to destroy the SEC

Especially with Oregon’s Nike money and large national brands like USC, Notre Dame and Ohio State.
