As an outsider with zero knowledge of either city, I'm going to take a pretty wild guess here and say that Shreveport has "a much wider abundance of diverse culture."

Baton Rouge has 70 more murders than Shreveport this year. Get that weak shite out of here. South LA > North LA once again.
