Missouri has no general open container law for vehicles

I don't know when that was written, but Missouri does have a current open container law unless it was repealed. I'll see a Missouri Circuit Court judge sometime in the next few days and ask him about it.

Mo has no state open container laws and KC doesn't have a city open container law so you are golden there, Independence, Bates City, Foristell, and St. Charles however do.

Dude. That's awesome. I'd like to see that town one of these days.

Let me know if you do, I will meet you there for a beer or a good glass of wine.

And the best German Restaurant I have been to state side is not far away in St. Robert. The trio rocks, Jäger-Schnitzel, St. Moritz and Cordon Bleu, served with good brotchen.
