Big XII might be just a little tougher than the BE/MWC. Also, it would be smart to base it off just this year...

None of those teams are very good, so it really wouldn't matter

TCU is a small school with a small fan base.
A&M has 2 million fans.

WVU is too far away, in the mountains, its already snowing there, and you have to change planes in Pittsburgh to get there.

Ok, would you like to compare the past 5-10 years as well? pretty sure that strengthens my argument.

Nobody expected Mizzou to do anything this year after losing their QB to the NFL and starting a Soph QB. Next year they'll be better. If Blaine Gabbert didn't leave early for the NFL and was Mizzou's QB do you seriously think they'd be this bad. shite.lol.

Basing conference realignment off of W-L is idiotic.

I realize that, it was mostly tongue-in-cheek, based on football programs only you could make a case for TCU/WVU over Miz/A&M though.

As a Missouri fan I'm fully aware that prior to Gary Pinkel we weren't very good for many years.

I also won't put down WVU or TCU because they do have great programs and I don't compare the schools either because they haven't been in the same conference and playing head to head. Neither TCU or WVU play in a conference that is as good as the Big 12 so that could have made a difference.

Saying they would have done as well as members of the Big 12 would be like me saying Missouri has won 40 games over the last 4 years so moving into the SEC they will be fine and challenge in the east just like they did in the Big 12 north. That would be a ridicules claim as we have no real basis to compare as they have played very few games against SEC teams. When they play on the field we will know what happens and whose better until then I am just glad we are on our way to the Best conference in the country.

Had Missouri been in the Big East they may have had a much better shot at a BCS bowl than they did in the Big 12 but who knows. I wish WVU and TCU well in the Big 12 and hope they have many more great seasons but I don't think we can really compare them to MU or TA&M due to how little they've played each other.

Strength of Schedule this year has MU ranked #1 and TA&M ranked #2 while TCU is #55 and WVU is #68.

Missouri has slightly underachieved, A&M has disgustingly underachieved. Missouri should be 6-4 (shouldn't have lost to Baylor or Arizona State) while A&M has completely failed (should have beaten Oklahoma State, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas State convincingly).

More like A&M overachieved last year setting up unrealistic expectations.

In 4 of 5 of A&M's losses, they had double digit second half leads. The only one they didn't was at OU and they were only down by 3 points at halftime. For whatever reasons, A&M has given games away in the second half. In fact if they make one play in any of these games, including two or three times in the K-State game where the game winning play was dropped by a receiver, A&M is 9-1 right now instead of 5-5. A&M clearly had the ability or they would never had double digit leads, but for whatever reason they haven't finished games. I don't think I'll ever completely understand why, but 2nd half turnovers have been a big reason in every game except for K-State, but the one turnover they did have allowed K-State back in the game in the first half, and giving up the big play and 2nd half penalties allowed them back in it in the 2nd half. So basically, made too many stupid mistakes. This team was good enough talent wise to win all their games, mental mistakes and turnovers lost them for us.

Jesus. All this talk about Mizzou is stupid. Are they worthy? Are or aren't they southeastern? They don't fit into the SEC's culture. Were or weren't they a slave state? They don't make sweet tea correctly. Their football program is currently and will be bottom dwellers. They don't say ya'll. Retarded, retarded, retarded, retarded, retarded.

Who cares?! They're in the SEC regardless of whether people like it or not. Any talk now of the same bullshite is just a waste of breath. Instead of wasting finger strokes on the keyboard ranting about how bad Mizzou is, get a bottle of lotion and put those finger strokes to good use.

I wish we could fast forward to next year...to the start of next season. I can't wait to let the play on the field do the talking instead of reading a ton of speculative nonsense.
