Has a conference ever demanded that a school fire its coach?

We need SOMEONE to force a decision with Sherman since our administration still has their heads up their asses.

Why would anyone from another SEC school demand Sherman to get fired especially one that will be in his same division?

At least Houston Nutt could claim he has no talent. Sherman is just a crappy head coach. I can't believe Aggies were worshipping the guy last season.

Learn your own history. Texas made Texas A&M fire its football coach before they would let you join the SWC.

so that's where it started. a&m should have told them right then are there to frick off. sent their corp of cadets to forciabaly (sp) occupy the ut campus. maybe take over a few bars in austin or something. ut students could wake up to rotc formations and having drill in their quad.

why would an SEC team want a better coach for another team??
