Do you people understand that some coaches take over shitty programs that need a major overhaul? WKU and USF were dumpster fires when he took over.

Willie is a Harbaugh guy. I remember when he coached Western Kentucky and they came to Tiger Stadium and played well. Liked him ever since.

When P.J. Fleck took over western Michigan, it was also a dumpster fire. He went 1-11, 8-5, 8-5, and is probably going to be undefeated this year with wins over two Big 10 teams under his belt. Taggert looks to be a good coach, but there are a couple of other ones out there that can turn water into wine.

This. WKU was winless the year before he took over and he made them respectable. And Skip Holtz pretty much ruined everything Jim Leavitt built at USF.
Taggart wouldn't be my first choice but come on. You have to look at the whole picture.

I like Skip, but he was dreadful at USF. His recruiting was pathetic.

I could care less if the guy black,white,green, or purple...your dealing with academics and political academics at that , and there gonna go there...I could hear the SGA and the faculty raising a 1000 kinds of hell....just be ready and dont be surprised.

Ranking Taggert so high is comical because LSU would hire someone like Dan Mullen before they'd ever hire him.

Taggert and Fleck are two of the coaches I DO NOT WANT LSU to hire.
They'd kill it with LSU's resources.
Taggert would bring race into recruiting like no coach has done before, he'd be toxic for the entire SEC but make LSU a juggernaut.
