Why not PJ Fleck or Mike Norvell?

Both are young coaches that bring a new fresh perspective to the game. Both coach at small colleges (Western Michigan and Memphis) and do well with very limited resources and mostly 2 and 3 star recruits.

Not to mention Norvell beat Herman today...

So why aren't these two being considered? Why default to Orgeron if we don't get Herman?

Edited because I'm an idiot

I'd take Fuente but he may not be ready to ditch VT after one year.

Did you see the College Gameday piece on Fleck? He came across as a white male version of Oprah Winfrey with all his little inspirational catch phrases.

No thanks.

I think Fleck would be a good choice, but he may be eyeing the Michigan State job when Dantonio retires.

Can't lie. I'm impressed with him, but something seems a little odd about this cat.

He does appear to be a winner but after I saw him up close and personal I have concerns.

And wtf is the deal with Herman kissing his players as they exit the bus?

I'd take Fleck in a heartbeat over O. Much higher upside.

Yeah - they had her in the CG piece. She's solid.
