There's more than that. He doesn't have any possesion receivers, and has recruited and currently fields a small athletic O line designed to block downfield.

They'd have to recruit more than just a new QB to move to pro style.

This.

Plus, Robinson is not a terrible passer. He could nearly do what Pryor does at tOSU. So, it is not absolutely certain ineptitude IF he were not replaced immediately.

There isn't much wrong with the offense except they don't have a true running back. Look at West Virgina. They went more pro style after RR left and they haven't done too bad despite thier coach.
The defense is what needs to be fixed.
