No, he's not. No one is so good in the recruiting biz that their inability to coach supersedes that.
Every area of the team that BDP oversees immediately becomes a weakness. Our special teams suck and so do our linebackers. He's not recruiting well enough to overcome that. He needs to go.

BDP, Our TE Coach and Steele should not be on this staff long term.

The only perk of witnessing that in Alabama's gigantic upper deck is knowing I can't see Peveto whispering sweet nothings to Les all game.
As far as the coaches leaving...
I though Raymond might get an NFL call this season, but I don't see how that's probable at this point.
Grimes, Ball, Bebe, Steele, and Steve will all for sure be around. I'm not pissed about that. No one would seriously hire Cam from us, and Coach Miles won't fire him.
Outside of what should be a foregone conclusion that Peveto will be fired, I think everyone else comes back. I think Steele has done a great job with zero front seven depth, and I don't see a mid major taking the leap on Frank Wilson that matches our money.

His stock is at an all time high. Other than his very nice salary he doesn't have anything else to accomplish. It's certainly possible.
I kind of think he'll leave after Fournette's work here is done.
