Who is the best OC AVAILABLE for hire at this time?

Money, but to me the next step is HC for him. If he doesn't go HC this year, it'll be next year. It's a big risk moving to somewhere else for more money on his career than knowing he's got it made one more year on offense and then risk it as a HC.

Canada and Helfrich should be 1a and 1b.
Gilbert would be a good choice but Charlie Strong could bring him to USF, and I could understand wanting to work for Charlie rather than O.
