I think they do, however I also think the principal negotiators may be misleading some people on purpose, thus allowing false rumor to get spread.

that's just not true at all to be honest. obviously there's a minority that knows more than the majority, but they're sprinkled in a lot of clutter.


for example, my uncle gives a lot of money to LSU and called the jimbo situation the entire way through last season. as of yesterday he said jimbo absolutely wants the job, but details need to be worked out. now today people are saying that the details can't be ironed out, so it may very well be consistent. he hasn't asked around today though.

still, my only thing is that you don't walk away from jimbo negotiations unless you know for an absolute fact Herman is signed on. that's why I think they're still working out details, and we end up with jimbo.

I would bet that there are dozens and dozens of well connected individuals that have accounts here. But I doubt if many are posting in these threads.

You would be surprised who post here. Don't believe anyone is connected, that's okay too.

Im really not sure why it's so far fetched to some of you that people on this board (or others) have insider info. The LSU athletic department isn't that top secret and many personnel view, post, and discuss this board.

As mentioned already, it doesn't require some top secret security clearance.
