Too much silence...does this mean it's happening or I am too impatient? :)

I am addicted to LSU football.

I think I am suffering from post OC disorder...Doc says the symptoms carry over from poor calling which led to depression watching elite talent being wasted. He asked how long it's been going on, I said about 10 years. He was shocked I hadn't tapped out.

after watching Guice highlights on the rant this morning, I need a quick fix on the OC search.

I'm fine without the insiders.

Random is just trolling the board. His information is of no value.

This. Nothing will happen until after the bowl game. We've reached the recruiting dead period, there's really no rush at this point

He is correct in your diagnosis. Its called Diffuse Anithyphallophobia. Scientifically speaking, its the fear of having an impotent offense.

It's curable. We just need to make the right hire at O.C.

It's the calm before the storm, O is interviewing the ones that are interested and getting it down to 1, 2, 3. Which will require onsite visits to LSU, lots of interviews and then a process that involves I am sure more than a few folks so that their is buy-in to the differential OC list that O recommends. I do believe that decision making team, knows everyone is watching, let us all hope that they find someone that is willing to make a commitment to stay 3 years with big $ buyout clause in his contract.

Meanwhile, we all are allowing our emotions to wander to bad places as a result of this deafening silence coming out of the gates of LSU. The silence also means to me is that they are going through a process and they want it as under wraps as possible, which benefits them as they start going a contract negotiations.

Be patient my tiger friends, our answer will come soon enough. Go get some more hunting and fishing in and come back in two weeks and lets see where we are. Happy holiday to all.

FFS, you are an idiot.

We're hiring an OC, not a head coach. We already messed up our HC hire.

There will not be an enormous buyout on an OC. Nobody credible will agree to that with CEO as the head coach. It would be career suicide. He's sucked as a HC. Nobody with a future is going to agree to hitch himself to that wagon beyond a year.
