This hire was NOT thought through very well.
Big dishappointment!

Reasons why Kevin Steele is Les Miles.

1) He speaks like Miles:
"We were trying to create an atmosphere where we line up and get after people," coach Kevin Steele said of his decision not to have his quarterback take a knee on the game's final play. "We had been telling the players all week we needed to get after people. It was a one-in-a-million play, the most unbelievable thing I've ever seen."<
Also: "We had a number of opportunities in the first and second quarters, but we let them hang around," Steele said.

2) He thinks like Les Miles (This play was probably called to the short side):
The Bear drive reached the one on fourth down where Elijah Burkins tried the left side with an option pitch. The Bear tailback gained a couple of feet but couldn't cross the goal line as the ball went over on downs.

3) He calls plays like Les Miles (6 consecutive runs... one run too many): The Bears quickly forced UNLV to punt, and Baylor started its final drive at the UNLV 42 yard line. Six consecutive runs got Baylor inside the UNLV 10, but Bush's fumble at the one allowed UNLV to score with no time on the clock for the 27-24 victory.

Reasons why this hire is very questionable:
1) He has a history of making poor decisions.
2) He does Les with more.
3) With his defensive play calling at Clemson his "D" got worse, not better. After 3 years with his recruits his "D" was worse.
