I live here in WV and from the way in which he left, I don't see him returning. WV fans feel very much betrayed that he left and in the manner he left.

I bet it is tough for them. Sometimes it is hard for a team like WVU to realize that they are WVU and will always be a stepping stone to a real job. I imagine that is tough for the little fellows.

I'm telling you. Over the course of this season and with all of this Les Miles stuff, I've aged about 10 years. Then we got the title game, the DC replacement and then signing day coming up.

Basically, the WV Gov says (in his opinion) it's not true. It was in response to a call from the Alabama media (isn't that amazing) calling him to ask his opinion. It goes on later to make a list of possible coaches and Saban's name seems to be one of them. Who know's what's going on.

I am a little curious as to why Saban hasn't made any public statement yet.....
I mean a simple "I am not going to be the WV coach" is all he needs to say, and then we're done with it, right?
