What is the consensus of when an OC will be named?

Seems to me you would want an OC named so he could have 15 extra practices to at least evaluate and start working with the offensive personnel.
Or is Oeaux just going to roll with Emsinger through the New Year?
I mean shite Trump is almost done picking a cabinet in less time than it has taken Oeaux to even interview or pick an OC.
