Yeah, you are right. I should have said "have ya'll noticed how great a job Herman is doing at Houston? I mean the losses to Navy and SMU were really close. He is a great offensive mind and that is how Houston was able to gain 303 yards on SMU and 292 on Tulane. It's obvious how much better Houston has been playing the last five games - and totally tearing it up on the offensive side of the ball and just getting better and better every week."

Pulling for LSU BC you want Orgeron. Orgeron gets it, loses Aranda, and loses 4-6 games every year following.

It's just a shame O is being considered regardless of the outcome. I'd love to be able to pull for LSU to win knowing the administration was going to hire a great coach and not hire O just because they win when they should.

I haven't even mentioned CEO. If I have it was in response to another poster. My concern is the possibility of LSU hiring a guy who has been a HC for less than two years and whose team is playing worse as time goes on. That is alarming to me.
If he did become head coach of LSU would you make excuses for him every week after close wins and ridiculous losses like you do now while he is coaching Houston?

Taking Herman's performance as HC a little personally are we? I was trying to be nice saying how great a coach he has been the last five games. And somehow you get annoyed by it.

I'm pulling for a hire that means more long term wins for LSU.
Based on the way some of these idiots are arguing for Orgeron, these meaningless last few wins will lead to long term losses. If that's what you want, you should have wanted to keep Les.

Head Coach - Ed O
DC - Dave Aranda
OC - Lane Kiffin
As much as I would prefer Herman as our HC, I can tell you this I would be extremely fired up something like that happened! I truly believe that combo would bring a NC to to LSU because Kiffin would make sure we beat Bama and you saw what Aranda did to Bama.

Why do I need a link to claim that Orgeron as HC will lose a lot of games without Aranda? You don't seem to need one to show where O would be considered by any other major P5 team as HC...
