The brilliant FO thought they could just draft Bama defensive players and expect the same results in the pros. 
Payne and Allen are legit but just terrible coaching for them. Sweat has been an absolute animal for Chicago. Preston in GB has been great too. Chase Young is a POS and isn’t missed.

I’ve never been so awful at a job for it to matter, but man alive would it be nice to know you have a safety net to help you fail upward like coaching circles always do
