That's a very good point. I didn't take into account the recruiting/cultural fit factor.

Baylor is certainly unstable at the moment and even if they hired Vince Lombardi this year they would still have tough years in front of them due to the incomplete signing class last year and this year. I just think that if the administration is patient and gives a new coach time to stop the bleeding then it can be a really good job.

Either way, whoever gets Brohm is making a really solid hire I think. Let's just hope for his sake that that school isn't Purdue.
