He is fishing too. John Tyson might happen to meet him on the lake with his boat as well.

True but he wasn't due until tomorrow and he skipped out on his meeting with his boss today...

FWIW, I think he's just making the money people sweat but he's doing a job on you guys too, eh?

Actually I think Ark. stands a good chance to get him with the buyout being their only obstacle. From what I understand that is what they're tryig to get around this very moment.

Tubby loves to be "wanted"...he eats it up....

if I was a betting man, I would bet on him staying at Auburn.....

I posted this earlier on the sticky post, but that has seemed to disappear.

Tuberville's contract with AU has an explicit statement that says he has to ask for, and receiver, permission from the Auburn AD before he can speak with or be interviewed by another school.

The permission would probably be given without much ado, but if it had been requested and given, I think that knowledge would be out there by now, especially with the way the Alabama papers are updating every little thing about the meetings on Monday and Tuesday.

It would be a MAJOR stroke of stupidity for him to come to Arkansas. He has already built a program in Auburn and has a legit shot at winning the SEC and competing for a NC each year. He will not have that opportunity at Arkansas but would have to deal with the delusional fanbase that actually thinks Arkansas is a "sleeping giant" like LSU was when Saban got there and should be competing for NC's every year.

It got anchored. I got the thread asking about it on the help board.
