17-1 in two seasons and beat Jimbo Fisher in Bowl Game. Learned under Urban Myer and coachee at The Ohio State for national championship when they lost two quarterbacks and still won. Young at 41 and enthusiastic. Looks and feels like a great choice.

I just did some research on this guy. Did you know he is a MENSA member and his wife is a smoke show? Holy cow, this guy is an alpha dog.

You should open a coaching search firm. You must have some inside connections.

For my money he is the best buy. He is currently earning $3,000,000 and could actually be a real long term winner for LSU. Most of the other coaches mentioned to include Jimbo are not potential long term successes. He also knows the Texas recruiting market since he has been in that area for two years and has shown amazing success for University of Houston and bringing them back to national prominence. If we do not go for him, we will be making a huge mistake.

You open the vault for him (and his assistants) , and if he doesn't come, then you have to ask some serious questions.

Bama did this with Saban and simply made him an offer he couldn't refuse. I'm sure there was some doubt in his mind about the Bear legacy.

We need to do the same with Herman.

CNS' wife had more of an influence on his return to CFB than the money.

Offering to make Terri Saban the "Queen of Alabama" was obviously part of the deal. Because she really is the Queen. She's royalty there.

In Miami she was the wife of an NFL team employee.

I'm sure she was treated fine here at LSU, but at Bama it's a drink the Kool-aid religion.

Coach Moore made his pitch and was rejected by CNS. Terry contacted Coach Moore and encouraged him to make 1 more attempt....which Coach Moore did...and as Paul Harvey would say.. "Now, you know the REST of the story".
