Give the guy 6 million a year. I would also put a clause in his contract that he becomes the highest paid coach in the country if he wins a Natty. Also buy a 10 year annuity for 10 million. If he is still here after 10 years he gets the 10 million if his winning percentage is over .750.
This guy is all business and is a winner. I have no doubts he should be Joe's top target and I wouldn't let him tell me no. Give the guy whatever he wants.

If the guy wants to get blown by the golden girls on the 50 at halftime of the Bama game Joe's response should be "we can make that happen".
