This is great news, for those that like coaching searches.. we will be having another one in 3 years.
WTF did O do to "deserve" a shot? He beat teams with a shite run defense.. he gunna bring in real good coordinators though.. horrible horrible way to make a decision on a head coach..
we will be a 2-4 loss team, if not worse, next year and for the next 3 years. But hey, he talks like us.. enjoy fricking mediocrity, if it's O.

Very few on here are "anti-O". Most just feel like there were better options on the table. LSU "settled" for O but this is not what was wanted. If so, they would not have pursued other options.
All that being said, the test comes next year when the games start. If O wins, then he will be revered as a Louisiana legend. If he loses, he will be considered a loser in over his head.
I'm hoping for the first option but only time will tell.
