That doesn't seem fair to me seeing as how I assume Coach O will put his everything in trying to get LSU to succeed this year.
But at some level I get it, Coach O's Ole Miss days still haunt him.

This isnt about being fair. What coach wouldnt try to do everything to succeed?
I hope they had a plan before they canned Miles. If its Herman, Fisher as 1 and 2, you go after them regardless of how this season goes. If those two say no we go to step 3.

Which is crazy. He has admitted he was doing too much at Ole Miss. We saw his results at USC
USC made a huge mistake not retaining him but hes to Southern for the beach boys
I would prefer O wins out and gets the job so there isnt a huge fiasco
Bring in a Kendall Briles if Ensmiger isnt the guy. There will be other coaches if O goes down the Ole Miss path but i doubt it
If we blow out Mizzu this weekend and changes are really made I think we win out.

I honestly think we drop 1 game and thats what everyone will dwell on with O to not give him the job
I saw what he did at USC and went to some of those games. USC blew it and imo O would be wrecking the Pac 12 and we'd be having him at the top of the list right now if they gave him the job
