We weren't winning the battle for Herman against Texas. That was Herman's first choice. It wasn't about money. It was about opportunity.
Longhorns play in weaker conference and the path to success is easier. Texas is superior to LSU in academics, wealth, resources. Austin is a better city than BR.
Texas could match or beat anything LSU could offer. It's not Alleva's fault. It's F. King's fault for screwing up the decision last year to rid us of that moron we had before.
