What assistant coaches should stay and who should the future coach set his eyes on to hire.
I think Jay Graham should stay and Sam Pittman!
I am not sure who we should pick up on the defensive side of the ball except Chavis and that seems very unlikely!

A good HC is going to come in and fire everyone. I don't think anyone stays

Graham is the only one that I think is a lock to return. The rest can GTFO if the new coach doesn't want them.

Keep the offensive line coach and the OC.

Yup, that's Pittman. He has done phenomenal work this year. It gets lost in the shuffle because we suck so bad, but the O-Line is great.

Running backs are much improved also. Some credit needs to go to Graham he has done a great job.

I am not really in favor of encouraging new head coaches to keep members of a fired staff. Graham is a little different, but whoever the new guy is most comfortable with.

I'm ok with Chaney. He stayed after Kiffin left and I think he feels comfortable as a career coordinator. The guy helped run the most successful offense in UT history. Keep him as far as I'm concerned.

Graham should stay regardless.

Shouldn't be too hard to lure Tee Martin for recruiting.

I think depending on the new coach's scheme, that Pittman and Hinshaw are good candidates to stay as well.

HInshaw is a hell of a coach.

The two highlights of this team this year:

One of the Nations best Offensive Lines

& The drastic improvement in the run game from 2011-2012

No doubt in my mind Sam Pittman and Jay G BOTH need to stay
