Teams with CEO coaches?

Can you guys please list the current high profile teams in CFB with a CEO style head coach?
I can't think of one in the top 25??

Bobby Bowden and Jimmy Johnson were "CEO" coaches. Both men could absolutely draw up the X's and O's on the white board, but they trusted their assistants to do most of the heavy lifting.
I don't know any successful CEO coach right now, though.

Or one top tier team that doesn't want to pay $6 mil for a top coach and settles for a $3.5 mil coach who has to have top tier coordinators to lean on hopefully to shore him up to even be relavent.
