I didn't know "black" was synonymous with failure.
He's basically done what got R.C. Slocum fired after his last four years over the last four years.
Firing a failed black coach after 3 seasons = racism.
Firing a failed coach after 5 seasons where the last four seasons have had a near identical start followed by a near identical collapse = understandable.
