Nope. For such a defensive genius his defenses are saints level trash. Their offense is good enough to win 10+ games

Hiring Shawn Watson and that offense was the problem. Buechele is solid but he isn't some incredible talent. Putting a system around the QB where he can be successful is more important and it took Strong too long to figure that out. Great example is Patrick Mahomes at Tech who was a low 3 star recruit in 2014.

I agree it's system, but either way, if he has this offense last year or year before, he gets a few more wins and buys himself more time. Seems too late at this point.
