No better than the liberals who didn't ft their choice as potus. I didn't get my way so I want the program to fail. I mostly just read the boards, seeing the sheer negativity is ridiculous. O is the coach get behind the team and support, quit acting like spoiled millenials.

It's not the same thing. Not even close. WE had no say. The LSU administration made the decision. We can voice our displeasure in it.
I do agree though that, after venting, we need to accept the reality and get behind Coach O. But today is not that day.

People that are making threads telling everyone to calm down and support Coach O either..
A. Dont care about the LSU program as much as the people "melting".
B. Don't know football and don't realize how bad of a hire this is and are just uneducated on the topic.

This is incorrect.
It's not " I want the program to fail," it's "LSU now has a 0% chance of making the playoffs and being an elite program year to year."
Coach O will never make the College Football Playoffs. O will never win a national championship. He will never win the SEC. At best he might win the west, but that would be surprising.
Of course people want it to happen, but smart people understand that this is the end. O is not an elite coach. Full stop.

Why am I obligated to give blind allegiance to anyone in a position of power? It is important to question authority and decision makers. If you don't agree with them, then why should you not be allowed to object to their supposed mistakes and poor decision-making.
