So who do you like for the FIU job?

Randy Shannon is the obvious failure to hire.
Does Les like deep sea fishing?
Tom Herman loves the hip-hop culture, and Miami has plenty of urban life to enjoy. Win 8 games at FIU and you have a job for life. Ton of talent in the area and Miami is a weak version of it's old self. FIU just needs someone hip and cool to put some energy into that program. Much of Miami would switch any allegiance if they had any over to FIU.

Cutcliffe went 7-6, 10-3, 4-7 in his last three seasons there. Coach O went 3-8, 4-8, 3-9 in his seasons there.
