Schefter was reporting they are looking hard at O'Brien who is at Penn St over Chip Kelly.

Why would they want Chip Kelly? He'd be a huge experiment, that's more than likely to fail. A team like Jacksonville might look at Kelly, but not Philly who actually takes themselves seriously

O'Brien can't leave PSU. He practically has to give up his first child as a buyout from what I''ve read. He really needs a new agent, Penn State had no leverage whatsoever when interviewing for that job.
